We love Target. From toys, to electronics, to household items, to home decor . . . there is something for everyone. And, while I don’t suggest that anyone furnish their whole home from Target, there are certain home decor items that look great and are affordable. Here are some of our favorite Target finds.
Accent Furniture
Target has some great accent pieces that are both affordable and on trend. Occasional tables are a great example. You can make a statement, and not feel too bad if you decide not to keep the piece forever.
And, what about this bar cart? I don’t know about you but I’m ready for a cocktail..
Towels
I am always on the hunt for the perfect towels. I am looking for the right combination of fluffiness and absorbency. The perfect towel also has to stand up to numerous washing. I have been consistently disappointed by pricey brands. I decided to try the Nate Berkus towels for our guest room and was pleasantly surprised. They have held up better than many I have tried before. I even went back and got a set for my kids.
Lighting
As with all of the other categories we love, Target offers stylish lighting at affordable prices. The pieces are on-trend but they won’t break the bank. This floor lamp is the perfect example. At $39.99, you can’t afford not to buy it.
Kids’ Furniture
A friend got two amazing dressers for her boys at Target. They are stylish and well made. In fact, they are a step up from many we have seen at a much higher price.

Seasonal Items
Last but not least, I think Target’s seasonal items are one of its best features. I love strolling the “dollar” bins, looking for a little something to get us into the spirit of whatever holiday is coming up next. Valentine’s Day is no exception.
