We are choosing the finishes for our current renovation and we are trying to decide what type of entry set to use for our front door. The style of our house is what I would call “transitional.” It is not too contemporary but also not traditional. The great part of having a transitional style is that you have many choices. That is also the downside – too many choices. We have decided to use satin nickel for all of our door knobs, but the rest is up for grabs. Do we go with a more traditional entry set; maybe something with an arched shape? Or, do we choose something more contemporary with clean lines?
