A few years ago, Serena & Lily came out with a natural hide rug that was stitched into a checkerboard pattern. It was an instant hit.
I was an early adopter and bought one for my dining room. It is the only rug in my home that I have never wanted to replace. Not only is it beautiful to look at, it is easy to clean and it works well with many style of decor. I am starting to look at new rugs for other rooms in my home and I’m thinking of getting a similar style. I would like to find another patchwork in a slightly different design but with the same visual interest and durability. Here are some great choices.
I am also thinking of a more traditional hide, either in foyer or in my office. Either of these would do nicely.
