Though based in Belgium, I discovered Wouters & Hendrix Jewelry at their flagship store in the Nine Street district in Amsterdam (watch for future posts on my recent trip). Made primarily in sterling silver or 18K gold, their unique designs attracted my attention because they are timeless — with a twist — and the quality of craftsmanship is very good. Rarely, if ever, have I wandered into a new shop and found exactly what I was looking for. But as luck would have it, I found these classic, but fresh, pearl earrings and brought them home as a reminder of our trip. While I was quite focused in my search then, I’ve since had a chance to peruse their online shop, where I found a lot of tempting pieces. No need to fly to Belgium or Amsterdam to treat yourself!
