My son started piano lessons about two years ago.  Since we didn’t know whether he would enjoy it, he’s been practicing on a borrowed keyboard.  As he is advancing, we’re considering upgrading to an actual piano but the dilemma (for me) is where to put it.  Even though I love to move things around and make room for new pieces (see here and here), our options are limited.  The dining room seems to make the most sense, space-wise, but it seems like an unconventional location.  So naturally, I consulted pinterest for inspiration.  These photos are starting to convince me it might be nice to add some music to our formal dining experience.  But I’m going to sit on it for awhile; after all, a piano is the last thing anyone wants to move around from room to room!
