Minted Local

If you’re a fan of Minted, like we are, and live in the Bay Area, you’re in luck!  The online stationery and print retailer has opened a Minted Local pop-up in downtown San Francisco, where you check out their products in person.  If you’re not familiar with Minted, they started by selling paper products such as stationery and art prints that are created by a community of artists.  They’ve since expanded their product line into home goods, such as fabrics, pillows, and tableware.

Having spent our fair share of time perusing Minted.com, we were thrilled to visit the newly-opened shop at 222 Grant Street.  Being a bit skeptical of buying art online, it was reassuring to see the quality of the art prints looked as good in person as they do on the site, and the pop-up shop is set-up to frame and ship directly to your home.  The gold foil prints were our favorites.  We were excited and surprised by the variety of goods, from custom lampshades to everything you need for a perfect tabletop, including customized menus.  The shop also offers custom silhouette prints of your kids or your pets.  After taking our time enjoying the well-styled shop, we left with a lot of ideas and can’t wait to go back.  If you’re in the Bay Area, be sure to stop by.  For more information, click here.
