During this time of year, I love using candlelight when I am entertaining. There is something about the soft glow of candles that makes a room feel more festive. And, let’s face it, everyone looks better in candlelight.
Right now there are some great candleholder choices out there. Some are long on whimsy, others are more traditional with a twist (or curve, as the case may be), but all would be great on a holiday table.
I love bunching a several tapered candle holders as part of centerpiece. I also like them grouped together on a mantle. I group them the same way I group flowers. I choose a unifying color – natural brass is my metal of choice right now – and vary the shapes and sizes. In fact, I think you could mix and match a few of my choices below and have a beautiful “arrangement.”
