We have a set of two vintage, custom barrel back chairs for sale this week that are A-MAZ-ING and, at $450 for the set, they are a steal (retail would be over $1,000). If I had an extra inch of space in my home, I’d buy them myself. These chairs are so gorgeous that from the moment I saw them, I started thinking about how to style them. I picture them in a kitchen nook or in front of a fireplace as a spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and the morning news, or a glass of wine with a friend.
The detail above shows the fabric’s beautiful pattern. Because the fabric takes center stage, I would find some more basic pieces to pair with the chairs. In my mind, a jute rug, glass lamp and coffee table would be the perfect accents. The great thing about the coffee table below is that it splits in two, providing a ton of flexibility. Add some fresh flowers in a classic crystal vase and you are good to go.
If you have a place for these chairs in your home, don’t let them slip through your fingers. I recommend you scoop them up immediately.
