Though it may not seem like it, at least here in the Bay Area, summer is just around the corner.  Memorial Day is sneaking up on us early this month, signifying the start of pool parties and BBQs.  With that in mind, we’ve been on the lookout for new items to add to our summer wardrobe.  These days, our pool parties are filled with kids, meaning we tend to stay out of the water.  So we definitely want to be covered up in style.  No longer is the decision simply between tunic and sarong.  Protect your skin from the sun in cute rompers and pantsuits, in trendy batik and dyed prints or in summer staples: seersucker and eyelets.  Not all of us may be eager to get into our swimsuits, but we can’t wait for a reason to pull one of these chic cover-ups on.  Now all we need is an invitation!
