In my opinion, fall is all about getting cozy.  I am in the mood to hunker down, read a good book, eat a comforting meal, and do some baking.  This fall, I am finding myself inspired by all things rustic.  I’ve been drawn to rustic wood tables, worn-in leather sofas, and weathered floors.  I especially love these items juxtaposed against natural elements and a clean palette.

While I love the lived-in, weathered look, I cannot get behind a room that is entirely brown and white.  Even neutral, clean rooms need a small pop color.   Because brown is a neutral it looks good with just about everything.  I love it with blues and greens, yellows, and even oranges.  Here are some of the looks I love with our favorite brown pieces.  Get ready to get cozy.
